Users want their voicemail to not accept any messages


We have just rolled out as a replacement for a legacy PABX (Nortel BCM).

The users were used to a feature on the Nortel whereby they could record a VM message to playback to callers, but not give the callers the ability to leave a Voicemail. Something along the lines of

'Hi i am on holidays and will not return for two weeks, please call Extension XXX for urgent messages or call me back on my return"

Then hangup

Is there any way to do this on a user by user basis ?
