Users that have licenses in iSymphony are not showing up in call queue

I have licenses avaliable to add additional users in iSymphony, however these users are not populating in the queue. I have added perms everywhere needed to get users to display but I am currently having issues. Is there anyway to troubleshoot this?

If you have the license you should contact iSymphony’s support, even if from previous experience, the project is now dead, after covid it was practically abandoned and there will be no more new releases from 2022
