Users showing on call even though not on call

I’ve got ISymphony on FreePBX and what seems to be happening is that a user’s last call doesn’t seem to clear their call. IOW, when I look at their button in the user’s widget, it shows that they are on a call for over 20 hours.

I’ve enabled the sync setting in the admin console under Sync Status but that doesn’t seem to have cleared up the stuck users.

Any suggestions?

doing a restart of the isymphony server service cleared the stuck calls. It looks like clicking on the enable checkbox for Sync Status has fixed the issue of the stuck calls in the first place.
