I’ve got ISymphony 3.5.4.1 on FreePBX and what seems to be happening is that a user’s last call doesn’t seem to clear their call. IOW, when I look at their button in the user’s widget, it shows that they are on a call for over 20 hours.
I’ve enabled the sync setting in the admin console under Sync Status but that doesn’t seem to have cleared up the stuck users.
Any suggestions?
