User Panel not working

Hi! I have problem with User Panel. After correct login in panel - white screen and this note in error_log apache:

PHP Fatal error:  Cannot use object of type DB_Error as array in /var/www/html/admin/modules/webrtc/ari/modules/ 
webrtcphone.module on line 0, referer: http://serverip/recordings/

I try reinstall User Panel - the problem persists. How to solve this problem?

Have your tried to remove/uninstall the FreePBX WebRTC module?

Yes! I remove and reinstall WebRTC module.

rm /var/www/html/recordings/modules/phonesettings.module
