I have updated freepbx to 13 and could not able to load user panel from user panel tab instead i am getting error.
I am attaching the error here.
please if any one has the fix, share it .

Do you need that module? If not you could remove it…
I assume you are using the FreePBX distro since this is AFAIK a commercial module and those are only supported on the FreePBX distro…

ARI is no longer supported. You should be using user control panel.

I don’t need that module but it was previously supported as http://x.x.x.x/recordings.
I want that recordings or call monitor.
How can I access the call monitor.
The legacy ARI is no longer suppoted. You need to be using UCP:

I am able to login to the UCP but getting this error notification : Unable to connect to the UCP Node Server because: ‘Error: xhr poll error’
