User Manager groups settings changing

Having a annoying issue with User Manger groups.

Occasionally settings will revert back to defaults after a reboot or applying settings.

Example: I have a user group for adding people to isymphony. about once a week the “Add to isymphony” setting reverts from yes to no.

this causes those who should have isymphony to not be able to login.

This same issue occurs with another group for Conference Pro “Add to IVR”

doesn’t seem to matter if the group is Active Directory based or Local to the PBX

That sounds like brittle integration - you might consider separate manual database manipulation processes to get you back on track nightly (or just after reboot) via cron.
