User Manager Authentication Settings Missing in recent update

The “Authentication Settings” tab seems have been removed in a recent user manager update. We use this to set the default user goup when new users are created. Without it, new users have no default group and can’t log in until an admin sets the group manually. Is there another way to set the default group for new users?

Edit the internal directory. The settings are there.
