I am running into an issue where user experience with UCP is extremely slow on one of our 5 PBX virtually hosted instances (4-5 minutes for the GUI to load after login). I have deleted all CEL and CDR logs aged 6 months or more, optimized both databases and rebooted the server with no improvement. This is a PBX 400 with 294 extensions hosted on one of our datacenter servers, on release 15.0.23 with current System and Module updates as of yesterday.
Has anyone seen this behavior that could point me in the right direction? CPU usage isn’t pegged so I’m at a loss on next steps. Thank you in advance for your help!
