Upgrading to stable 13, puzzled

I ran the updates to 6 offered by System Admin. Then I ran the update under ADMIN menu and now Sys Admin shows 6.12.65-31 and no further updates are listed. I have looked at related entries in the blog but am still puzzled as to what they suggest. Where do I go from here?

Hi!

Maybe there is a way to change track using System Admin Pro and if so I don’t know it but what I would do next is run

https://upgrades.freepbxdistro.org/stable/10.13.66/upgrade-10.13.66-1.sh

see http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/PPS/FreePBX-Distro-6.12.65

As they say on that web page “This will take your 6.12.65 version system to a 10.13.66-1 version and track”.

After that System Admin Pro should offer you the updates of that distro so you could update from there or by running the scripts from http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/PPS/FreePBX-Distro-10.13.66 (personally I prefer to do it that way, I have had better luck updating that way).

I would suggest you make a backup before doing anything else though…

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

Correct for sanity reasons we make you run the upgrade script to the next track manually. Then sysadmin can keep it updated after that for the current 10.13.66 track

Ran upgrade-10.13.66-1.sh but it was a shaky experience with lots of comments and errors reported. In addition, Certman still won’t install. Have found several settings reset to defaults. Have no confidence in the result.

OK well we have had no bug reports of issues and perform these weekly for customers in support. Please report exact errors and bugs to us at issues.freepbx.org
