I tried to upgrade my PBXAct from 13.66 to 15
What is ACTPBX?
AFAIK, there’s no direct upgrade path from 13 to 15, you either need to upgrade to 14 first, or restore a backup on 15.
These two lines does not add up, SNG7 is FreePBX 14.
Now, please explain how you tried upgrading and where you got stuck?
First thank you for looking at this
I apologize for the lack of knowledge I have. I have PBXact, my bad, sorry
Part two
Part three
Possible that the network config got messed up during the upgrade as outlined in the Wiki. See how to change:
https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/PPS/Upgrade+Network+issues
You may also try to run the post update script: https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/PPS/Upgrading+from+FreePBX+10.13.66+to+SNG7#UpgradingfromFreePBX10.13.66toSNG7-Recoveryfromafailedupgrade
Yes I can ping 8.8.8.8
https://pastebin.freepbx.org/view/062f99a9
through the terminal.
But when I the ethernet to the PBXact 20, it is the DHCP server
so my Mac mini, gets an address 10.0.200.11
but I can’t go off the Internet.
I hope that makes sense.
thank you PitzKey
I did this

That’s when everything got messed up.
I did a backup before I started this
Is there a way to reload the software and then grabbed the backup?
my biggest fear is a lose my backup? if I start from fresh.
any ideas?
again thank you for your time
Please remove all these long posts that is hard to read on the forum webpage and post a single pastebin link which contains all these logs.
Side note: other users reported that they cannot reach the FreePBX mirrors as well. So the reason why you weren’t able to download specific modules might be exactly this.
Thank you again for your group quick reply
how do you go into your past messages and shorten them?
and how do you do that
pastebin link which contains all these logs.
Thanks PitzKey
Teaching something new to me.
I hope it makes sense to someone.

What’s the output of
fwconsole ma upgradeall
I don’t have experience with PBXact, there might be something missing here…
Seems like Asterisk isn’t running
fwconsole stop
fwconsole start
