To upgrade one of our clients FreePBX installation we cloned the hard drive put it in an identical hardware unit and upgraded it. We now want to put the drive back in the original unit but when we boot it is not automatically activated even though the deployment id is now back on it’s original hardware. Should we just do a hardware reset even though technically it is not on new hardware?
The upgrade was from somewhere south of version 6 all the way up to SNG7.
