Upgrade from 10.13.66-21 to 10.13.66-22 failed

Hello,
I currently have the auto upgrade option enabled for the system updates and it upgraded from 10.13.66-21 to 10.13.66-22.

When this happened, it failed and I attempted to reboot the box, I waited over a week. I now get the following errors when I PuTTY into it.

Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory::SQLSTATE[HY000] 02] No such file or directory in file /var/www/html/admin/libraries/utility.func tions.php on line 204

I have verified that the directory’s and files that it wishes are there, however, the execute permission do not seem to be set.

This is a FreePBX Distr.

What would be the proper way to resolve this?

Thanks,
Mike
