Upgrade 13 to 15 kvstore error

‘asterisk.kvstore_Sipsettings’ doesn’t exist

I get this error. After the upgrade is done in the Gui it states that ‘cannot connect to asterisk’

any suggestions appreciated

Try

fwconsole ma install sipsettings

I’ve seen this before, but it should be fixed:

See if you can upgrade with:

fwconsole ma upgrade sipsettings --edge

otherwise follow the instructions in the linked ticket to downgrade and then upgrade again.

Thank you. The device is running in vmware. A snapshot was taken before the upgrade. I just reverted back.

that worked . there are a few things I have noticed

1. asterisk server service has to be manually started on a reboot
2. all my class of service entries have disappeared
