I currently have 2 free sangoma connect licenses.
I am trying to add 20 paid sangoma connect licenses to the server.
After I made the purchase at the sangoma portal, the PBX still shows only 2 free licenses.
Ive got the firewall locked down, do I need to open traffic from a certain IP address and port?
Sangoma is having major backend server issues. No new licensed products (or new PBXes) are able to be updated right now. We have the same issues as you. This started yesterday and continues today. They are aware of the issue, but do not have a defined timeline for resolution.
I just caught the license issue in an adjacent thread where people were talking about provisioning new PBXs. I was wondering if my issue was related.
I guess my issue is indeed related.
