Update Module Fail

I tried to update module via cmd : fwconsole ma updateall
But this is notice
Upgrading framework…
Starting framework download…
Processing framework
Verifying local module download…Redownloading
Downloading…
0/10512213 [>---------------------------] 0%The following error(s) occured:

• Error opening http://mirror1.freepbx.org/modules/packages/framework/framework-13.0.197.28.tgz.gpg for reading
  So, What can i do for updating module ?
  Please help me. I run FreePBX 13

What happens when you run

wget http://mirror1.freepbx.org/modules/packages/framework/framework-13.0.197.28.tgz.gpg

[simpleman]

I can download file from this mirror. What issue in here ?

In advanced settings force the module updates to wget
