Update broke our deployment?

Is there a way to rollack updates? We ran the auto update in pbxact and now we have no audio on outbound calls and poor inbound quality. Although outbound to one cell phone works.

There is, but far better to open a support ticket for a PBXact system.

Already did that. Hoping someone here might know also cause we really need to resolve this.

Looks like it wasnt deployment related, timing lined up with a networking issue perfectly.
