Unknown Uploading Traffic to the China IPs (Related China Mobile)

My FreePBX generate unknown uploading traffic rapidly to varies IP located in china.
what can be the issue ?

we have configured freepbx with Bitrix24 CRM using add-on
i have disabled the add-on and checked but traffic goes from the PBX.

All IPs related to China Telecom
