Unicode characters bug in Sangoma Desktop Softphone v. 4.2.0

Dear all,
I would like to report a problem in sangoma desktop softphone v. 4.2.0
Some internal contacts in my PBXAct system have accent marked letters in their name.
For example one of my contacts is

MESSERSÌ Andrea
with the accented capital I in his surname. In Italy, it is not uncommon to have those accents in names or surmames.
PBXAct is showing the surname with correct chars:

In sangoma desktop softphone it is rendered as:

MESSERSÌ Andrea
aas you can see from this screenshot:

It should be corrected, in my opinion.

We’ve tested the same scenario on our internal PBXact system with Sangoma Desktop Softphone v4.2.0, but so far we’re unable to reproduce the incorrect character display.

Is this happening in windows or mac..?
Can you please share PBX version and module details of sangomaconnect and sanogmartapi versions.

Current PBXAct Version:16.0.41.1
Current System Version:12.7.8-2306-1.sng7

SangomaConnect: 16.0.51.27
Sangoma Realtime API: 16.0.54.27

The Sangoma Desktop Softphone App is installed in Windows 11 25H2

The Ì character is obtained with Alt+0204 keypresses (unicode 00CC)
The language of the Windows OS is Italian
