Why are these undefined, ./install_amp did not fully install? I have my CallCentric account configured as a trunk, created my extension, created the outbound route. From x-lite I entered the SIP credentials and I can see two way traffic, but after I send the invite, asterisk/freepbx replies 401 Unauthorized and I ACK, then invite again to receieve 403 forbidden. Inside FreePBX CDR, no calls ever show up.
