Unable to view calls made under Reports> Call Events Logging


I have been facing an issue where I unable to see the calls I made in call events logging and CDR. However, I can see them directly from database using phomyadmin

On top of that wake up calls I created are not recognized. When I attempted to delete a eake up call I have created , I will get “Wake Up Call Doesn’t Exist”
