Unable to setup Voicemail / Ring Group / Follow Me on Specific DID

Hello,

I currently have a set up that has 3 DID’s using a total of 6 phones in an office.

I currently have an issue with 1 specifc DID, in that an incoming call to it, if the phone is not picked up, will not go through to voicemail or a ring group or follow me.

The DID (61894670161 , ext: 404) has it’s own custom context.

The log shows something wierd, however I don’t know how to diagnose. The log below shows instances of another DID in the office (61894672935) when calling into 61894670161 , and this must be the problem. If someone who understands the code could have a look, that would be great.

I am using Trixbox v2.6.1.13

Hello,

Added to the above:

If an incoming call comes in out of office hours (as per the ‘time condition’), the call does then actually go through to voicemail.

Kind regards,
Anthony
