Unable to renew EPM maintenance support

Hi all,
I am trying to get a renewal for the Endoint Manager Module maintenance, yet the “Renew now” button drops me off at the Sangoma Portal’s welcome page. Within the portal, there seems to be no other place where I can renew it. Is there a specific reason for why this simple process ( ← trust me on this, I programmed e-commerce software for a living) is unnecessarily complicated?

TL:DR - where can I renew the module maintenance without going crazy?
