Unable to remove tampered Files warning

Hi everyone. I’m new to the forum, thank you for having me. I’m stuck on trying to fix these warnings about tampered files. I have tried the commands below with no luck. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

fwconsole chown
fwconsole ma refreshsignatures
fwconsole reload

you’ll need to speak w/ clearlyip.com’s tech support. I don’t believe clearly is supported at all in FPBX
