can someone help me on how to troubleshoot my problem in receiving fax. I am getting this error

Is it the FreePBX distro or something else?
Did you compile Asterisk yourself? This error suggests that you don’t have the res_fax and res_fax_spandsp modules…

This is a FreePBX distro.
Yes I did compile Asterisk and added the free fax for asterisk license. It is even working before (around 6 months ago) but now it isn’t not really sure why.

What changed recently, did you recompile or update anything?
(Free) fax for Asterisk is deprecated (in favor of spandsp) and has been for a few years now if I recall correctly. Maybe what you updated recently completely dropped support for it…
