We just upgraded phone the pbx to version 17 and since then we have not been able to log into queues using the phone apps module like we did in the past. dialing *45 logs us in. Logging into each individual queue works fine as well but not if we select all queues. When we try to log in with all queues selected it says failed to load XML file.
If you confirmed settings are the same, and hit submit + Apply Config to push them thru, but still experiencing the issue, then this sounds like a bug. Support is included for commercial modules with active subscriptions. Are you able to open a ticket at help.sangoma.com then please DM me the ticket number ?
