Unable to login to User Control Panel...Invalid Credentials after upgrade to 12.x

After doing the upgrade to 12.x can no longer login to the user control panel area…am told that the credentials are invalid.

You must use the FreePBX User Management module to create a user or change a user password, set Allow Login to Yes.

I had gone into Asterisk Manage Users and created a user…although login is not one of the options to grant. system, call, log, verbose, command, agent, user, config, dtmf, reporting, cdr, dialplan, and originate are the choices. There is a permit of 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0

Am I in the wrong place?
