Unable to login to Sangoma Support to create a support ticket

When trying to log into the new support area to raise a ticket I get an error message;

“Internal Server Error - We’re sorry, but something went wrong. Out technicians have been notified and hope to have the problem resolved soon.”

The site is; http://help.sangoma.com/

I can log into https://portal.sangoma.com/ just fine and see my Users, Customers, PBX’s, Phones and Support Credits just fine.

I came here because I am not sure how to raise a ticket in regards to the site not allowing a user to login - our timezone is opposite US’ (Australia) so I haven’t called them yet.

Also If I try to create a new user account in https://portal.sangoma.com/ it throws this error;

support.sangoma.com is defunct so that won’t ever work. I just tried logging into help.sangoma.com and that worked for me. Maybe it was just a temporary outage?

What do you mean it’s defunct? It’s working fine.

Oh jeez, I read the whole time that as support.sangoma.com as that’s what help.sangoma.com transitioned from.

My bad.

Still not working for us 2 weeks later.

The steps I take to present the above error is;
1.) Go to http://help.sangoma.com/.
2.) Click ‘Log in’.
3.) Type in email and password, click SIGN IN.
4.) Taken to User-not-validated - Phone Systems Powered by Asterisk with a message “User Not Validated - We weren’t able to log you in. Please make sure that you have verified your email address by clicking on the link sent to your email address on file. If you have misplaced that email, we can resend the email validation to you.”
5.) Click on the 'resend the email validation to you - hyperlink.
6.) Taken to Resend-email-validation - Phone Systems Powered by Asterisk
7.) Type Email address, click submit.
8.) Receive the email from Sangoma [email protected], Subject: ew User Email Validation - Sangoma.com.
9.) Click on hyperlink; Validate-user - Phone Systems Powered by Asterisk
10.) Get the message “Something_went_wrong” Internal Server Error

That’s portal.sangoma.com, that site works fine for us!

You can email service @sangoma.com and this will also create a ticket. I would suggest TWO emails, one for your login issue, and another for your actual ticket you need to create.
