Unable to locate the FreePBX BMO Class 'Getservicestatus'

After purchasing and enabling a 20 User 25 Year Zulu license and after enabling Zulu for the All Users group under User manager I get an error messages when I hit Admin -> Zulu.

Unable to locate the FreePBX BMO Class 'Getservicestatus’A required module might be disabled or uninstalled. Recommended steps (run from the CLI): 1) fwconsole ma install getservicestatus 2) fwconsole ma enable getservicestatus

I’ve tried to install the missing module as suggested but am getting the following errors:

[root@pbx ~]# fwconsole ma install getservicestatus
Unable to install module getservicestatus:

  • Cannot find module

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a bug.

So the verdict is wait for it to be fixed? Can I do something in the meantime to help fix it?

You dont need that page to use Zulu

I guess you are right. This is the first time I am setting up Zulu so didn’t know what to expect. I guess it should work as soon as I enable it under the user manager.

Thanks for the help.

The fix is in zulu v13.0.52.5

You are the best!

Just FYI, on FPBX 14, Zulu 14.0.2.1, it’s still happening.

Upgrade the module to edge. It’s been fixed since Thursday.
