Hello All,
We have installed FreePBX 16.0.40.8 and upgraded the CDR pro reporting module on server.
We are successfully able to see that module in system. When we are trying to activated trial or buy that module but unable to access http://portal.sangoma.com portal.
Getting below error.
portal.sangoma.com refused to connect.
Any one have suggestion on it.

Sangoma Support side create ticket. They will fix your License issue.

There are no issues with portal login for me.

Hi @pratik The license purchase from the module is not working currently, so login to portal and purchase the license.

Thank you for your reply. But when we purchased licenses from Direct portal login. Than how can we enabled on server?
Is there any link to activate or any specific steps which we need to follow?

Hello Kapil,
Thank you for details. I successfully installed the module on server. But now had a challenges in regards to data synchronization in CDR Pro tool. Can you help on that part.

Hello Kapil,
Walkthrough provided link previously and able to do update recording manually with below command.
fwconsole cdrpro --sync
But its not working automatically sync the data.
Aside to this data showing wrong against the each extension.

There is a job running every 5 min to sync the date, you can check the job running status log in /var/log/asterisk/fwjobs.log
Please ensure "Enable fwconsloe cron jobs execution logs " is set to Yes from Advanced settings module

Enabled that log as well. But still we are not getting those logs.
Do you see fwjobs.log file created, if yes, there will be a log printing about fwconsole job running status,
# grep -nr "cdrpro" /var/log/asterisk/fwjobs.log

Hi @pratik
are you able to see cdr data with latest entry on the cdrpro report, as we can see livecallsync job is running every 5 minuets.
This appears to be a support issue. can you raise support ticket to debug further as its a commercial module.
