Unable to have voice between to phone when im outside

Hello everyone ! Im a litteraly stuck with one network problem i think.

Im trying to configure my FreePBX for teleworkers, so i opened my port 5160 (PJSIP).
I reache my freepbx and i can connect it at XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5160.

But when i try to call someone i have no voice and hang up automatically after 30-35 seconds.
Do you know what is the cause of the probleme

Have you opened the Asterisk RTP port range (default 10k to 20k UDP) as well?

My port is default port is 5160 actually, but how can i see thats ?
