Unable to get into portal.sangoma.com all of a sudden

Hi,

purchased licenses last thursday, all was well, now i can’t get into my account, it’s not even sending me “reset pwd” links" – says it did, but nothing arrives (nothing in quarantine or spam)

i’m losing my mind on where to call or email (if any account exists), they keep bouncing me from place to place
