The button to enable Favorite Contacts in Advanced Settings is just not there 
I have the latest version installed (as I can see).
Contact Manager version 15.0.9.1
What’s wrong ?

Can you please try installing the contact manager module again by running “fwconsole ma install contactmanager” from the CLI and check.
