Unable to download a system backup

Freepbx version 15.0.37.1
Backup module version 15.0.25
Filestore module 15.0.7
Asterisk version 16

When trying to download a backup file from the backup module we get this error:
The webpage at http://47.XXX.XXX.XXX/admin/api/backup/localdownload?id=ab083a91f206ded3744702c9a58df1a5 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Checking the folder that is set in Filestore /var/spoo/asterisk/backup the backup files are there. Is there a missing setting to go to the correct folder?

This does not answer your question, but you could just download the files using something like WinSCP. Not sure on the error. You might need to submit a bug report.

This issue is for the local user, we don’t allow them to get under the hood. I did find a thread that you commented on re: In 15 the module puts a failed backup in a different folder than the one used for download. I believe now that is what is happening.
