Unable to do On Demand Call recording

I get the following error when i try to record a call

Going through My config files i can’t figure out why its not putting the .wav extension

I am experiencing the same issue on my PBX. Have just gone through the process of rebuilding it screen by screen to make sure that the problem didn’t return with a backup and restore. The problem still persists.

I have noticed that the character(s) that is throws are different every time.
