Unable to delete UCP contact groups

Hello,
We’re using Freepbx 15.0.24
Asterisk 16.28.0

We created Contact Groups using the import function in Bulk Handler. We are able to delete them within Contact Manager in the GUI, however they still remain in the UCP.

Is there an easy way to remove them from the database?

In the screencap you can see 2 contact groups “Test” and we have deleted them from Contact Manager.

We also have logged out and back into the UCP.

We were able to resolve this by editing the mysql databases and removing the entries.
