Unable to create Outbound Routes

So I have just installed a fresh copy of FreePBX and everything is working fine and I havent made a whole lot of changes yet but when I tried to create a new Outbound Route I got the following error…anyone got this before or know what I could try to fix it?

SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: number of bound variables does not match number of tokens

Did you ever find a solution to this? I’m seeing the same error when I attempt to do a bulk handler import of extensions
