Unable to Connect to UCP Error Message on Android

Hello
I can log into UCP on a Windows machine without an error message, however if I try it from an Android device I get the following error message: “Unable to connect to the UCP Node Server because: ‘Error: xhr poll error’”.

I’ve reviewed some of the previous posts regarding this issue, however I’m not sure if I’m reporting a different issue (Android vs Windows), nor the corrective steps involved.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I assume you are going through a firewall from your android and you don’t have the right ports open.

Thanks for the help. This article helped correct the issue. I didn’t have all the necessary ports opened on the router.
