Sorry to trouble you but I have tried all solutions that I have found on the net and nothing works.
I have checked:
- passwords match in various config files
- checked localhost in hosts file in /etc
- restarted Asterisk/amportal a number of times
- turned SELinux off
- and others that I cannot remember.
Through the command line this runs fine as root and sudo’ed to asterisk
i.e. sudo -uasterisk /var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_conf
runs without a problem.
However, when trying to restart DAHDI and Asterisk through the Connectivity->DAHDi menu choice when trying to configure the FXO ports I get the error message.
This is a brand new FreePBX install (full distro install).
Can anybody help - I have struggled all day with this one issue!!
