Unable to add buttons

I’ve followed the guide but there must be something I am missing. I created a template for my phone, Yealink T46, added XML-API - Queue Agent - REST Queue Agent to line key 2, save. I then go to my extension in endpoint manager and select “Save and Rebuild Config(s) and Update Device”. After a minute the phone reboots but I never see a new button show up.

Am I missing something?

My system is FreePBX 14 on Asterisk 14

Well I am able to add that queue button now, but it doesnt work. I just get a message “Loading Error”

Double checked, the extension I am testing with has access to everything.
