Unable to add an extension to SIP trunk and there was an error of "no extension given"

Dear All,

I am going to register sip trunk to oracle sbc by using FreePBX, but I cannot add an extension and there was an error of “no extension given”. The SIP is in CHAN_SIP extension.

I want to fix this problem so that I can add the extension to the sip trunk and make calls, such as using pilot number or DDI number to make call and test the oracle sbc. Any advice for this issue?
