Unable to activate new install

We have installed FreePBX 16 on a new host in anticipation of moving our existing v13 system to it. When trying to activate the new system it says I have an existing portal account. However, the password that I have recorded in the email sent from schmoozecom.com does not work and there is no obvious mans provided on the activation page to request a password reset. How is this handled?
