UCP when set with ODBC not working

With Freepbx 15,

I have the database configured to use a database. I see the messages in the database.
I can access over sip phone.

In the voicemail app it doesn’t have the messages. In the voicemail Admin it doesn’t have them either. I seen a message that something with max silence is a problem. But I don’t see them as being wrong.

What should I look for?
