UCP WebRTC Phone Overrrides Outbout Route CallerID

I have PJSip Extension 1001 and enabled the UCP phone. The outbound route is configured to override the extension, but it does not.

Here’s what SNGREP says:

How can I overwrite the extension number with a valid CallerID?

Below the CallerID in outbound routes enable override extension

The extension 1001, the outbound route and the trunk all have the same 10-digit callerID. You can see “463[redacted]” and the lock icon in the route setup.
However sngrep still sees 991001 as the callerID and the carrier rejects the call.
