For a few days, we are having trouble with the “Conversation Detail”:
Messages that arrive on the PBX and show up in the log and in the UCP as normal, are not visible in the “Conversation Detail”. Only older messages show up in there.
Sometimes it happens when others send us large pictures. “Conversation Detail” hangs forever and stops showing all messages there.
But it also happens on some text only.
I can not figure it out.
Any ideas??

fwconsole chown
