UCP shows processing when login from remote machines

Hi Guys and Gals,

I wonder if anyone can help, we have setup FreePBX UCP for a user that works remotely however when they attempt to login via the UCP the login screen shows “processing” and then doesn’t move on past the login. The credentials are correct (tested entering the wrong creds and we get an error message). If we login locally (local subnet) then there is no issues user is able to login as expected.

I am guessing I have missed something in the configuration or setup however I am not sure what.

Any help or input would be appreciated.
