I have FreePBX 14.0.1beta18.
I have problem with viewing call recordings in UCP. I selected extensions in user managment which user need to see in UCP. I added dashboard and widgets with call history in UCP. But I can`t look all calls, I see just 10. We have more calls for these extensions in admin interface. I tried to do it with different user, the result was the same. Attached screenshot from UCP.
You are right, this appears correct. But I have 21 records for this extension only today.
Their are even more for the entire period of time.
I can see it in admin interface->reports->call recordings.
Also I can find the record if I enter the number in the search line in UCP.
I againe have the problem. I can see more records in UCP, but it isn’t all calls. Showing just 100 records. Some extensions have around 100 calls in one day. It means I can not look on yesterday’s records.
How can I fix it?
