We have a Sangoma appliance loaded with FreePBX.
UCP is loaded for users to access their calls and download if needed.
They access it via “https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ucp” then enter their credentials -for 99.9% of our users it works perfect, for the other .01% when they log in, it immediately logs them out and the url changes to: “https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ucp?logout=0”
It looks like it is a PC/setting/browser issue, no matter what browser on that PC you use, it’s the same issue where they get logged out almost immediately.
If you access the same “problematic” account from another PC, it works, you can log in, it stays logged in and you can download calls. So it seems not to be the user account on the appliance but rather a PC/setting/browser issue on the particular PC.

Compared user account management on FreePBX with “working” accounts
Browsers are up to date on user PC
Browser setting adjusted to allow all - ie. pop-ups, insecure content etc.
AV & Firewall is off (or on, tested both) on user PC
Browsers tested: IE, Edge, FF & Chrome, Opera etc.
Cleared cache, reset browsers on user PC
