Running Freepbx 6.12.65-28 and UCP version 12.0.24. When a user sets up follow me in UCP, when a person dials their number it does ring their extension first and then the follow me list but if no one answers, the call never goes to voicemail. On the persons phone who is calling you see called failed.
There was an update to core published yesterday which addressed this problem with ring groups and queues and it may also fix follow-me. Do you have core up to date?
