Hello! Each time you have to enter the login (ext @ domain) and password, is it possible to save the credentials of xmpp?
And where would you save someone’s password in clear text exactly?
Sorry for my english. Login and password is exactly the same that UCP and Chat, and why should i repeat the login and password again?

I think what Denis is getting at is why does a user have to log into UCP and then immediately be prompted to log into XMPP. Is this normal or a configuration issue? I’m experiencing the same thing and therefore won’t advise my customers of the capability because the first thing they are going to ask is “Why do I have to login twice?” Not worth the the complaining that will occur if this is normal.
