Tweak to Voicemail

Sorry to revisit something that may have been sorted, but I can’t find it.
Setting up VM on an extension.
Its actually a virtual extension, and only accessed through an IVR but I don’t think that makes a difference.
I have recorded a custom message, and disabled the standard prompt in the VM settings, but after my custom message, it plays Alison saying: “the person at extension 209 is on the phone” then a beep. Can I get rid of that?

Here is the log:

You have to record a busy greeting. I dont see it playing back.

Fixed this…
Had to get in to the extension using UCP (which I can see is what is recommended after all)
Change the busy greeting in the settings of the VM screen.
Then go straight to the VM rather than via an announcement in the IVR.
